Profile Help Needed Please!!!!!!

I've been trying to update my profile with new banners, but every time I click on my profile, I can't see any banners at all! I've tried different browsers, cleared cookies, etc, and it is just always blank. Is it something I've done wrong, or is there a glitch on the site? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you follow the instructions, one by one?

Yes, I had a lot of banners already on there, but now they are all gone! so I don't know if I'm not allowed to have banners, or what!

I am going to hazard a guess - in July there was a glitch and everyone lost the banners that they had in their profile. Maybe yours are gone since then too?
If that is the case then you must remove all of the old sorties and then start again, adding new ones.

Thank you very much. I deleted all the old ones and now I was able to get new ones to show up. I hardly ever check my profile, apparently I hadn't checked it since the glitch, so I never even know about it.
