Weight loss is one of the most popular topic. People is obsessed with weight loss. Many training/exercised offered in the infomercial, with a promise to make you loose the extra pounds. Before and after picture are so convincing, making people believe that if you buy those infomercial program, you'll be good to go. In 90 days, your body will be like a teenager with sexy abs. The true is that there is no way it can turn your body like that in 30 or even 90 days. Yes, you will loose few inches, and few pounds. But to get those six pack abs, requires a lot more effort. Exercise is just one part. The other half part is the diet. They are just like husband and wife. If you don't eat the right thing at the right time, the exercise impact will be reversed. If you are not committed to change the eating habit, even the most powerful exercise will not give your dream body. That's my opinion. Any thoughts?

I've seen some weight-loss product informercials that have made me raise my eyebrows, because it's usually for some shake or diet pill... and when they show the before and after picture they've got some hunky six-pack man in the after-spot. I know he didn't get that six pack drinking some weight loss shake. That took some hardcore exercise. Diet and exercise go hand in hand when you're trying to get a slim and toned body. Personally, if I lost anymore weight I'd probably disappear, but seeing all those shady weight-loss product promises bugs me too.

hi, many obese people really wanted to loss weight, but of course i will always depend upon the discipline and habit of an obese person on how she/he will do that, some of them do a wrong diet and going to dying,so while having discipline in eating habit they should also enhance there body to have a best result.

You would be surprised at what your body would look like in 90 days given the proper nutrition and diet. Many of us already have a six pack but we have a layer of fat on top of it, so those abs are not visible. Naturally, if you have a lot of weight to lose you won't see those abs making an appearance for some time, but people can and do make great gains in 90 days or less and it's all done with diet. Check into sites like bodybuilding and flex online, you will be amazed. If you want your abs to appear, you have to eat a healthy diet, it's more about your diet than anything else.

Yeah. These products does give you results but not to the extend that it can turn your body into that. It needs diet and exercise with consistency and discipline. Even though you already have abs you have to maintain it and not grow a belly. It comes with proper diet everyday and consistent exercise.

Yes, you are absolutely right. On the contrary of your topic, I am also obsessed to gain weight but I think there are more obsessed in weight loss. Though I'm healthy I still need to gain weight for me to be more strong and to boost my immunity.

me im dieting but not to the extreme way. I want to lose weight not because i want to look good, that just the bonus but rather to keep my clothes from to going to give-aways. I don't like always buying new clothes because i grow out of them. my mid-section id always the first one to get fatter so im losing a lot of jeans and slacks. then i get obsessed eating fruits and veggies.
