Very disappointed with T - Mobile data service

In competition, I think T - Mobile still fall behind Verizon; AT&T; and Sprint. I personally experienced slow data service from it. I got this Android phone, with GPS system on it. Whenever I tried to use it to help me navigate from one place to another, the problem is, I always get lost signal, and after 5 minutes, the signal is back on again; That is pretty inconvenient for me. While I saw my friend using his cell without such problem, and he is using AT&T. At the end of the year, after the contract is over, I would suggest my brother to switch to Verizon, which I think they will provide better data service than others. So, what would you recommend for the data service plan, which service provider would be the best on your opinion?

You should have checked network coverage in you area before committing to a contract.
You can contact customer service department ask for assistance. They may have a solution for you.

I am with t-mobile, and I m very satisfied with their service, all the way around. I have unlimited everything, and only pay $75 a month. I know that sounds high, but my daughter is with verizon and will end up paying over $200 a month, but then she is paying for 3 lines, so it does mount up. If I hd to pay $200 a month for cellphone service, I wouldn't even keep it. I would just go back to landline which is much cheaper. I user my phone everyday, and having a cellphone when I go out, is very valuable to me, as you can't take a home phone with you when you are out and about. That is one reason I have my cellphone, so I can do things awy from home as well as well as when I am home. My phone gives me lots of pleasure, and I am glad I have it. i can even post discussions and responses in herre,. Right now, I am responding on my laptop though, as I didn't have anything else to do on it anyway. I just use my phone when I am on my computer and need to do one of my sites. They are great things to have. I am sorry you don't like t-mobile, but I hope that you find the serviced provider that will be good for you. Take care, and have a great day.
