Republic Wireless offer $19 per month plan

So I heard there is another mobile phone service provider named "Republic Wireless"; they offer this $19 monthly plan for unlimited talk; text; and data. I am sure about the data, maybe once you reach a certain limit point, they will throttled, or slow you down. But you still have to pay for the smart phone on market price, around $250 plus $24.00 activation fee. So, if you up for it, check it out, and maybe that is the plan for you. Oh, I forgot, there is not contract required to sign up their service.

Last time I checked, they were still in Beta phase, which means they're still on a testing phase... Their phone service is based on WiFi signals... They'll still allow you to use the phone on cell network but they encourage you to use the service on WiFi... That's how they can afford to keep it so cheap... Draw back of it is, your call quality is gonna heavily based on WiFi connection... If you have slow connection @ home or too many people are on line at the same time you're trying to use the phone, your call quality will suffer... If you're on public WiFi, you run into a same problem... Not only that, some of the public WiFi system is slow to start with so you never know what you're gonna get... I'm sure it will work out great for some people but looks like its not for everyone...

Are you sure about that? It sounds great! I wonder if I can phone to EU or CN without limit. Do you know more details about this service?
