Are you a licensed real estate broker?... i agree that real property is one of the best ways to invest since the value of land keeps getting higher as time goes by... but real property is oftentimes difficult to sell... especially if the broker doesn't have a wide network of buyers...

yeah its hard to find a buyer but just patience you can still get a buyer

Yeah I know that Real Estate is the next good investment for those that have enough savings. I know that you can grow your money from it and even can earn passive income if you got a good location of the property you bought.
Besides that there are also other available investments like the Mutual Funds, VUL Insurance and Stock Market as well. I think that these pyramiding scams should be avoided at all cost and we can easily identify them.

I think Stock market should be encourage here in the Philippines and one of the best time to start investing in it is right now. Many think Stock market are for the rich which is a wrong idea. You can start investing in stock for only five thousand pesos!
