losing weight

losing weight by products is waste i think,it may decrease your weight at present but it may effect your health later.I think maintaining diet and doing some walking or workouts is better to maintain weight in control..

I partially agree because there are some product that's harmful to our health. but benign products such are slimming tea's and laxative tea's are ok product. tea's with brands generally have description of the products and you can decide for yourself if you want that. I myself like having tea after meal to help with my bowels and breaks down the storage of fat. Basically i won't gain weight by sitting on a desk everyday. hehe

You are right. The only way to lose weight is to take in less calories than you use. If you must exercise to give yourself more calories, then that may be necessary when you consume too many. I do an app on my phone that records the foods that I eat on a daily basis. I can eat up to 1200 calories a day in order to lose about 2 pounds per week. This trains me to understand that when I eat more than I need that I should exercise. This teaches me what are high calories foods and I have discovered that I prefer to eat the lower calorie foods so that I have more to eat in the day. My habits are changing. I've been doing this plan for almost three months.

I also agree with you my friend. A lot of people have been persuaded by the different products about weight loss. I would say that it is good because it helps people in reducing weight or eliminating fats in their body. However, in everything we do there are corresponding effect. Sometimes people overtake to make the process fast so what happens is the opposite. They are not getting the right result but instead far from what they have expected. We should not risk our health on this. We should do it in a healthy way by way of exercising and eating the right amount and kind of foods. Also, discipline is very important.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Yes i completely agree to you on this that most of the products are available in our market which promises of reducing your weight in days and i think these products are nothing but fake. How can u reduce your weight in days artificially. I think we should never pay heed to any such products as most of them have side effects that might affect our health and body seriously and in the end we would be repenting our decision. What say?

You are very right pratapprabha, using some products like pills, creams etc may just do more harm and side effects.I myself is wanting to lose some weight, so what i doing now is make some zumba dance everyday its a form of dancing aerobics, which i do at home. Plus a proper diet like veggies and fruits that would help.

My advice if you want to loose weight and never getting it back. Is just simple diet and exercise. Eat the right quality of food and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I have my diet of instead using white rice. I replace it with sweet potato. It works i lost weight. But now im back to white rice and my weight doest increase at all.
