Infolinks failed

One of my friend failed from infolinks. He didn't meet the criteria to be one of their publisher. Is there any way he can do to pass infolinks criteria? Can he sign up again and pursue to be one of their publisher some day?

Hi Syoti.. I guess you already got the words from official person above in first response. Of course your friend can reapply the same site with infolinks when he thinks that his site is ready for it. Make sure it is having more content as infolinks is good with more content site. Best of luck to him.
