Was kind of nice.. it was quite slow at first, but I guess it was necessary to really feel the movie. I liked that it kept us guessing what the monster looked like and why it was attacking people. Although I did not understand the movie fully after watching it once, I really liked it.. since it was not just a sci-fi movie, also drama/family.. and the kids were funny.

Super 8 is a good movie to watch, it was watching E.T but a different story. The kids did a great job in the movie, it's one of the good movie to watch with kids ...

Yeah, i did read that it was kind of a tribute to the old sci - fi movies, and ET was one of them.. And Steven Spielberg even liked it.. Yeah, the kids were fun and had potential.

I enjoyed this movie as well. I thought the kids were indeed cute & I also like how the movie kept you guessing as to just what type of creature this was. I especially enjoyed the ending after the credits(or was it during the credits) where they show you the film the kids themselves were making within the movie itself.

yeah, they did not reveal how it looked like until near the end, it looked quite scary though, especially when it was angry.. I loved the credits part too, i watched it until the end.. the story may be cheesy but it was fun.

I also enjoyed watching this film. I love watching Steven Spielberg's films and this one is included. The kids are funny, they reminded me of my childhood friends and our crazy ideas and big imaginations.

Yeah, they also do remind us of our childhood, the peer pressure, the first crush, school, and other problems.. And how fun it was to be a child and to have friends that will stick to you until the end...

The funny fact is I took this movie from my friend like months ago, but due to my large movie database in my hard disk, never really tried to watch the movie in full, I mean just watched it once by skipping it in parts Lol.

Well, i can relate to that.. I had this movie for months, but then i scanned through it and i did not find it interesting.. So i watched those movies that interested me first. Good thing, they ran out and i got to watch this.

I gotta warn you, it is not a movie for everyone.. Some parts may be boring, since there is not much action, only when the accident happens and near the end.. You gotta be patient. since they really build up everything.
