For a people who has the ability always like to own a company.
But before own it, must have some experiences. It means work for a company.

These days we are retired, so do not work at all, or at least not in the accepted sense of word. However before retiring we had both in that we owned a dairy farm plus I worked off the farm as well.
There were advantages and disadvantages to both of course because with farming we were at the vagaries of nature and our income could change overnight. Whereas working for an employer meant that I had a regular outside income but also meant that I did not have much time to assist on the farm.

I own my own business and my husband works for a company. It's awful to work for someone else. But, it's not that easy running your own business either.

I will like to work for my self, as if we put same efforts, which we put working for a company, in our own business we gain mauch than the other option.Also by working for your self one has full control and value of money he earns from his work.Also the person has well control over his work and recreation.
