Media is indeed the new age portal for disseminating and receiving information. Media in the new age is an instrument to put up images in reality. This could also mean putting up contents that are far hitting the desired norm. Audio and Visual media in this generation shows realness in a way that they show off real life situations including violence, adult content and abuse in fact most songs composed nowadays co-relates to such subject. Movies and TV-Series most likely reality shows caters scenes that show indecency. Although this is a good way to show real life, but the question of putting reality in such platforms argues on how far they put restrictions on such subjects.

I use multimedia in my class. It helps my students to learn better. Kids nowadays are visual learners. They learn through watching and listening. good thing that youtube is available for download because I can just bring every topics that i like to have, as a springboard or to introduce the lesson.

Agree, its a helpful medium for information. but the question of its restriction with regards to mature content such as violence is hardly executed in some of its areas most especially in the mainstream media. Thanks for replying.

Of course, but then again, the parents are there to support and guide their children. It is the role of the parents now, because definitely in school they won't be seeing these kinds of multimedia presentations.
