I believe majority of us, or majority of American family might use computer regularly. With the frequency use of computer, we almost do anything online now, the virtual world we living in. Some friends told me that, they now do invitation online more often, it is fun and fast. They usually do it on facebook though, like some party, or event. If you don't like facebook, because it is lack of useful tools. Why not start with evite, the pioneer of all websites that help create guest list, send out invitation, and make eCards and party planning. Other websites also included doodle; and eventbright. So, how many of you actually plan your next party online, and send out electronic invitations to all your good friends?

Last month I helped my friend inviting friends for his marriage using group emailing and creating event on FACEBOOK.
First we scanned his marriage card and mailed it to group of people. And then for those friends for whom he didn't knew the email ids, we created EVENT on Facebook and invited his friends to attend his marriage and reception on 1st of November 2012, with the time and venue details. We also posted a route map, to help people in reaching the venue.

Although paper invitations are nice, I actually prefer online invitations nowadays! If it is online, I get reminders as the event comes closer and I can also communicate more easily with the host. Also, I am more likely to have the online addresses than the mailing addresses, so that part is easier as well!
