What sishy7 said is so true. You must get rid of your anxiety. Have confident and your English here is acceptable. I can understand you and others also encourage you. I believe in no time you will have great time with you office colleagues.

Didn't I tell you before that having an experience working in an English speaking environment will some day be an advantage for you? And your written English as what I can read from your posts here is just fine. You have enough English skills to speak confidently to any one around you; your foreign colleagues as well as your supervisors will not hate you if you speak more...

I hope you'll find a way soon to overcome your anxiety... By the way, thanks for the BR vote... You've decided so soon to choose a Best Response; if I may make another suggestion, you may want to wait longer before awarding a best response. You may get an even better response later...

Do not worry, just do your internship and learn as much as you can. Be sincere, I believe all your colleagues are friendly too. Speak slowly with a proper sentence to explain what you need to say. Respect them and they will respect you too. In my previous company we use to have many interns in a year. My bosses and us treat them very nice. We willing tot each and guide them. Just bring your best smile to work everyday. Anything that you do not understand about your work, check with them how to do it. All the best.

If you have an attitude like this already before you started or did find out if it's true, you will never be able to work. Foreigners are talking to you over here too. Seems to me it works. So give it a try, keep in mind those foreigners do not speak your language either. The only way to practise, to get better, to understand other people is to interact with them. I would say: go for it. You never know how great this will work out for you. You just need a positive attitude, that's all.

Practice makes perfect. We may find it difficult, but we can have other options. That is, to learn the language by heart. You can try to listen englush musics or movies, for you to get used to it. It is a great help.

We all have situations in life that we fear to master it you have to face it I don't say it is easy but I believe it's the only way. I am American but my birth language is German When I moved over to the USA I only spoke German My English is still weird but I try to learn more and more everyday Your problem I think is the lack of confidence in yourself Work on that you can do it.
