Exercising means movement, and if we move we live, if not we would be sick. Doing exercises our heart pumps more blood and faster to our brain. That means brings there more oxygen needed for a lucid healthy mind. So let's keep moving.

I agree more oxygen is needed for the body and this helps us to be in a healthy state. Moving is very necessary for us. If once we stop moving our health starts to degrade.

Yes, I definitely think exercising helps, especially with being healthier. I have been trying to start exercising a little bit more lately, and it definitely always makes me feel good when I exercise. I know it is good for me, and it also makes me feel great afterward, since I know I did something good for myself.

yes exercise is very much important for the body. It helps us to get better health and eliminate the toxins from the body through sweat and also helps in burning of extra calories.

Yes. In fact, exercise not only makes us happier and healthier. Studies show that exercise can also boost brain power.

Exercise is the same as moving. I move whole day on. I walk from early in the morning till late at night. I carry things way to heavy to me. I walk the stairs many times, I use my bike, walk with the dog. I clean up, wipe floor, etc. How much more exercise does one need? I don't believe it will make me much happier. A bit of rest would be. What makes me (and many other people) happy is a way to express myself. Being creative (in all kind of ways you can imagine) is making me happy. So that is where I focus on. Also if it comes to my children (the adults and the little ones). Also a full live (not every day the same), plans, fantasy, goals (something to look forward too) makes happy. That is proved. Also if it comes to vacations. People who frequently have a short vacation of only a few days are way more happy as those who only have it once a year for a longer period. Why? Because they have to plan it (which already makes them feel happy) have something to look forward too (in short time) and dream about.
