What inspiring quotation moved you the most?

When we read a book, watch a movie or just read some quotations from known people, there is certainly one quotation that strikes us and keeps us motivated. When we feel we are losing sight of our goal, we just keep that quotation running inside our head and all of a sudden we are back on track. So, what inspiring quotation moved you the most?

I am really using 'Live like your Dying'. This quotation has moved me so much that I have to be productive in everything that I do because we do not know if we will still be alive tomorrow and we may not have done the things that we have to do.

Yes. Live each day as if it were your last.

There is a Hungarian song, and it has a line that goes like this (more or less): well, color the picture slowly, you've got the color pencils in your hand. It's so moving and it strikes me really much. It, on one hand, has a motto that I really agree with: you have all the tools to fill up your life, it's your turn to do that. But I also love arts, and it's such a lovely metaphor for me.

Many quotations have moved me. It depends on my circumstances. Some are profound such as the one from the Bible that that got me through a recent operation 'You (God) will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you'. Isaiah 26.3, and that was written around 450 years before Christ! A more modern one from Maya Angelou is also good to keep in mind and live by 'People will forget what you said, forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.'
