getting thinner

Hi guys, I wanna share this moment that people around tells me that i'm too thin now.. Though I know after six months of working, I become thinner and thinner than my healthy body.. now, I'm more like of a anorexic in this physique.. Its sad that I become this thin.. i'm not on diet but I need to eat less because I will have no money if i eat and eat.. But i'm trying to gain weight again especially christmas is coming. Thanks for reading..

You need to eat. The more you don't eat, the more your body will get used to not eating. Your stomach will shrink and you won't be able to eat much food. Just eat according to the time on the clock. Set four times a day on the clock that you have to eat. When it's time to eat, stop whatever you're doing and just eat. I understand perhaps it's not by choice that you're not eating. You did say that you don't have enough money to eat but food is the basic need for your body. Do eat and try to spend less on other stuff. It's no use to have every other things in life at the expense of your health.

having at least three meals a day is a must..meals should be balanced having all the nutrients needed.find out your ideal body weight n eat according to the calories needed for your body.go for exercise three times in a week or if you are an active person you can do it everyday for at least an hour.in my case i have lost about 10 kgs within 5 to 6 months just by reducing my food intake and also exercising everyday.i will run and carry light weights and also go for swimming every alternate days. don't ever exert yourself or you will fall sick.

I think there's no need to eat most of the time. Just eat regularly and take vitamins since your work seems to affect to weight. If you are saving money from eating less, soon you will spend money to regain your health, so don't wait for this to happen.
