advise between Apple TV and Google TV

hi, i want to offer a christmas gift for the holiday and for this reason i'm choosing between Apple and Google TV. I made a lot of research and realized that Apple TV allow users to download films, songs and many more things only in apple store and if you can't find what you want on their store you'll get it. For Google TV many people said you are able to browse and get everything you want while making a research. So i would like to know if one of you already get these TV and can really advise me. NB: it's for a 25 years old girl and she needs something which is easy to use.
