Manchester clubs, Tottenham big winners of the mid week!!

Man City and Man United both won their matches to make it a two horse race for the title with Chelsea now dropping out of the race. Chelsea kept a clean sheet, but also failed to score for the second successive match against Fulham. Arsenal and Everton played out a 1-1 draw which did not help either clubs cause. Tottenham beat Liverpool 2-1 thanks to Bale who had a hand in all three goals of the match. With this win Tottenham leap frog both Everton and Arsenal into the fifth place.
So the two Manchester clubs and Tottenham were the big winners of this round of mid-week matches.

It looks increasing like it is a battle between the Manchester clubs for the title. Arsenal and Tottenham are definitely out. Chelsea is just hanging on for now. Yes, there are still plenty of games to play but both the Manchester clubs are very consistent and won't drop much points till the end of the season. The rest, they will be fighting for the Champions League spot. I will say Spurs to grab the remaining place.
