I applied to a demo job for this weekend, its at the LCBO handing samples of alcohol out (I knew I took my SmartServe for a reason). I also applied to a local kennel, I have boarded my cats when I went away. They were perfect when they came home, so I was so happy with the services. Its part time and in the next town over, but I am hoping it doesnt interfer with my other jobs so I can make money not jump in circles like everything else. I am just writing up my cover letter for an emergency vet clinic in the city, its nights.

Yes, I have kept myself busy. I am hoping I get a call for 1 or more of them. I figured out I need 2 more part time jobs just to get by living on my own. I would then try to make stuff on the side.

You're such a go-getter! I know I've asked before, but are you sure you're not adopted? Good luck!

Well I hope you hear from some of those jobs that you applied for. I was thinking of applying for jobs to get something part time for nights and weekends to make a little extra money but there's really nothing but fast food and i don't want that, already did food service once and hated it. But good luck with everything.

Sometimes we have to do what we have to do to make ends meet and if that means going back to the job I hated so be it.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well glad to know that u have applied for new jobs that can help u get some extra bucks for yourself. It is always better to go through those jobs and see if they are interfering with your existing jobs or not. U should see to it that it gives u enough freedom after working and that u enjoy it and utilize your potential and skills over there. All the best. Happy Mylotting! What say?

Sometimes we need to give up our free time to make money to live off of. I am trying to save up for a trailer. I am hoping I get something soon, and realize the stress.

Good luck on the job search! Hopefully one of them will give you a call soon. I know it is frustrating waiting for a call about an application, so try to not get discouraged.

Its a bit late in replying ot your discussion, but I hope the job interviews went well and that you got offered at least one of the jobs you replied to. Be careful on how much work you take on as I know you are a very busy person and you need to keep time to spend with your animals as I know they are like your children to you.

You definitely are being proactive about trying to find another job with the chance that you don't know that your full time job is going to be there from month to month and that is a trait about you that I find to be very commendable. I think that either the job at the kennel or the job with the emergency vet clinic would be the jobs that are the best fit for you because of the fact that it is so clear to me that you really do love animals.
