Using games and quizzes

I just noticed a tab for games and quizzes and don't remember that being here 6 years ago! I clicked on quizzes and there is nothing there. I clicked on games and there are so many to choose from. I'm wondering do we earn when we play games? Have you ever played them or took a quiz here? Do you know how new the option is to play games. I'm very curious!

I tried the games, but what I did not like was you need to register again. that's quite a hassle for me. So i did not continue going there and I can not understand the mechanics of the games LOL, I am such a slow learner or impatient to read on rules again. but most of the games there are common games. Quizzes I tried once but nothing there so I moved on
