Making money on web

I came across an ad on making money by just referring people and when they click on your link you get payed. it's called Iearn123.com has any one heard of this or not. I want to know if it's spam or not, is anyone on here if so are you making money.

Unfortunately, there is so much scamming going on these days. I don't know how they can do it and not feel guilty!!

I know, they should not get away with scamming people but they do. you just have to keep looking for sight's to make money that are not scammers'.

I'm afraid it's very clearly a scam. Nobody in their right mind would pay $1 "per Link Visit/Opening".
In fact, it's being hosted VERY cheaply on a server with a very low bandwidth. I can access the Home page but nearly every other page I visit gives me the message:
"Resource Limit Is Reached
The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later."
That sort of behaviour is unprofessional in the extreme. I think that all they want to do is to gather personal information and 'Likes' from Facebook and Twitter without any intention of actually paying anyone.
