i am a very thin girl, i eat food four times everyday, i want to be fat, but i am also be thin, would you have some best practice for me to share?

Some people are really born to have such slim bodies no matter how much food they consume in a day. It is because their metabolism works faster than others. Maybe you should consider taking in some vitamins to help you with gaining weight.

hi, when i was in college i really liked to get fatter because my body is very slim and not good for me because i can wear good clothes,but when i got work my body become bloated and bloated and now i am doing exercise in the morning to lessen my belly stomach.

If you want to gain weight you should find out what your maintenance level of calories are and then eat 500 calories above your maintenance level. In a weeks time, at 500 additional calories a day you will gain weight. You should also be lifting weights, so the weight you gain will be muscle and not fat. As a girl you won't get all bulky because you have more estrogen than progesterone. You want to be fit and trim, not fat and lazy.

Hi, It is very surprising that you want to become a fat girl. Girls always want to lose their weight. They don't want to become a fat girl. They are always on dieting. so don't worry. enjoy eating food and you will weight gain after some days.

Oh! how nice of you, ;)... I envy you :) cause you are aiming to be fat and you eat a lot. In my case I am aiming to lose weight. I don't eat much but still I am fat. I really wanted to lose weight even just a 5 kilogram. Can you help me or give me some tips that will help me lose my weight? I would really appreciate it a lot.

When I was young and at you're age, I was also skinny even I eat a lot that because back then my metabolism burn much faster all the calories I have eaten. But now that I am getting older my metabolism has slowdown and my problem today is how to lose weight even that I have considerably eat less now. My point here is eat more and enjoy, your younger years having fast metabolism will come to pass as you get older. Have a nice day. Ciao!

I was skinny when I was young because I was so energetic then and all I want is do all fun things. I also eat loads of foods then but don't get fatter. Now though... since I'm getting older and looking after my baby made me do less physical stuff co's I just sit down looking at her as she play and does things co's she's very energetic so I won't take my eyes off her. Then when she wants to sleep she wants me to lie down with her. So life is basically about eating, doing how hold chores a little co's my main responsibility now is my baby, sit down, lie down, and working out is not in the list. So now... I get fatter than ever and the skinny body I have before is just a thing in the past now.
