Diet Riot

I've just recently understood how low-carb diet works. You consume so little to no carbohydrates from food so when you workout, your body automatically switches to fat as its main fuel to burn for energy. Carbohydrates are stored in our muscles and are more easily accessible to be converted as energy compared to fat when the body is working out. Fat takes longer time to be converted as fuel that's why people who does aerobics take a long time on the treadmill. They know (or at least were told by their instructors) that they should do it for this amount of time. I've been on a low-carb diet for a week now and I've been feeling and seeing the results. My lower abdominals feel tighter. The only downside to this diet, or any other diets whatsoever, is that you have to choose your food wisely, which is an inconvenience to me since I rarely chose what I eat. As long as the food tastes good, you can bet your last buck, I'd eat it. How's your diet going for you? Are you on a diet? You can freely share your opinion here.

You also need meat in your diet because you need protein for your muscles. Research shows that your muscles start to deteriorate when you reach 24 years old. This means you need to start exercising of you wanna keep your muscles, as well as eat meat for protein to help build new muscles.
