Shorter discussions?

Is it me or are the discussion getting shorter and shorter? I check out the no responses and can see why they are still on that list. I won't respond to a one liner since I know it's going to get deleted and I don't need that. Have you noticed the same thing? Is it just the new members who do it? I try to find discussions that I know will make it to the top. I'm here to earn money not waste my time getting my responses deleted!

I never respond to discussions that are short either because I know the rules of mylot. I find it hard lately to respond to any type of discussions because there haven't been any good ones. But yesterday mylot was pretty hopping and I was able to respond to 15 post. It's just different each day you just gotta keep on searching to find the right ones.

Is it like that? we earn more for the highest responded discussions.
I am told that we should be descriptive and upto the point in the response which i am following. But i never see whether it is top discussion or not.

I do not mind a one line title if it offers something resembling a discussion, but some are simple invitations to post with no real subject matter to respond to. It does not interest me whether a discussion is likely to become a popular one, but it does have to be of some interest.
I suspect that you are right about the majority being from new users because members who have been at Mylot for a while realise that posting something like that will not get very many responses.

Check out the other main mylot interest and you will see that there is a discussion referring to one user with multiple accounts. Maybe you have seen their 'discussions' which are all one liners and will all be removed once admin arrives.

They didn't get away with it. No-one gets away with it here as many Lotters ae alert and report such things to admin who then gets rid of them.

Discussions must be from our own mind, Not from others mind or through references on the net.. Just speak your mind out here..
And No Need that your discussions should be long enough , as some people just dont tend to read the whole discussion, as its lengthy.. But Even if its lengthy, it should be interesting enough so people go on reading it..
And yeah, short replies...I also dont like them...People just respond .."Yeah agreed...Hmmm' which is not accepted...
They should be descriptive. So the better your discussion, the better the likes you get! And based on the likes and ur responses, you get paid!
Happy Mylotting!

I haven't been here all that much lately, as I have just been doing other things. When I have been here before, at that time there were one line discussions. I do respond to some of them, but not all of them, as most of them are just asking a question, and not really discussing anything. If they can't take the time to make a good quality discussion, then I don't have the time to respond. I think those people are just trying to make as much as they can, and they aren't concerned about the quality. Take care, and have fun myllotting.

I don't respond to the one line discussions either, unless I am letting the person know they are going against the guidelines. I know it will be deleted so I don't waste too much time on them either. I don't understand what they think they will get from this site doing that...I know what they will get from it-being banned from here! Why do it? I have NO idea!

I also respond in long sentence discussion and it get delete. I not think it will get delete. I just waste my time respond in that discussion. I never respond one liner discussion because i guarantee it will delete. I notice it to, it is some new member not follow the rule. He/she always post one liner discussion and junk discussion. Look like he/she have mutiple account.

I'm with you, Ct! Someone had mentioned that there's a person or persons here that have at least seven accounts on MyLot. I don't know how that is humanly possible, but, there are people here that are here to not only make money, but get some insight on life and educate others culturally. I won't answer to stupid discussions or be insulted by other members simply because of my opinion. Also short discussions, most of them will be deleted because MyLot are looking for insightful conversations, not just jibberish.

Yes, me too ctry.. I am here to earn money, that's why when the post was deleted for some reason I felt.. such a waste of time. So I am so choosy when it comes to discussions but then again, sometimes I reply even shorter than my usual way of commenting. I notice that one too, shorter.. but I don't know how to identify good from dicussions.

We are on myLot here, not on Facebook!
