Getting fatter and fatter

Help my fellow mylotters! I'm getting several comments already. Most people are not intentionally trying to put pressure on me but most of them said that I am gaining weight. I don't want to gain any more weight. Huhuhu... But I keep on having that desire to eat and eat. Every other hour I tend to get hungry. How do I deal with this? Any suggestions? I'm trying to make myself get away from food and bring small amount of money for me not to buy more food than usual. Also, I'm thinking about exercise. What exercise will you mylotters recommend?

I have heard this program that really works with your case. Actually it is a book. It is being suggested by professionals. I have forgotten what the name of the book is, but it sums up to having a vegetarian diet for the course of the program without having to have tedious exercise regimen. Try searching it out, I think it will just take you 3 weeks only to try to have your desired weight.

eating is just Ok but try to burn them by exercising. there are tons of regimen today to start you can dance, walk around the park, swim, bike or go to the gym. working your whole body means you are burning calories.

I wish I could help you here but my situation is the exact opposite of yours, as I can't get fat or even just a decent body size. I try to eat a lot but they say that my metabolism is just fast and so my body burns fat quick. I do notice that most of the time, like being active at times and even sweating a lot of times despite small activities done. In your case, I think exercise will truly help but I am not sure which one or what kind. Maybe you could consult some friends who are also undergoing the same thing or went through it.

There could be a number of factors at play here. Your desire to eat may be indicitive of food addiction (yes, you can be addicted) or a food intolerance that is causing you to eat. If we are intolerant to a food or ingredient we sometimes crave it because when we eat it our bodies release endorphines and we feel good. If you can't seem to control eating look at addiction and/or if you may have an intolerance. Exercise is good because it also releases endorphines and makes us feel good. It also helps us fight low moods as well as burn calories. I think the trick is to find a form of exercise you enjoy. There's no point taking up basketball if you don't enjoy it or joining an aerobics class if you aren't having fun when you are there. There are a lot of ways to be active so have a think about the ones that suit you.

Hi friend, sad to hear about this, walking and jogging is always good, apart from them have diet control and avoid fast food and junk items. Don't take oily items and do all your work by your own and give more physical activities to your body, wish you to reduce your excess weight soon

Now that you've gained your weight, you should try following the normal way, i.e, Breakfast, lunch and dinner! And for exercise, since you're a girl you should have a walk in the morning and in night time also after having your dinner. Its not like that you can't do any other exercises, but walking is also helpful. Have a nice day!!

I dont think avoiding food will help , you need to burn more fat than you eating and maybe your body is storing too much because you are not doing anything that will burn it off , and you should eat a lot of food that will boost your metabolism . I think they less you try eat the more your body will store it because its not used to that , so take it step by step drink a lot of fluids especially water. Water will help to flush your system and keep your metabolism running at full speed lol and you will notice you get hungry quicker but you will not gain weight .

Hi tecchigurl, You have to be very disciplined in eating and exercing if you wish to gain or loose weight and remain healthy. It is so easy to gain weight by eating and then getting it all on tummy and hips. But if you want a well toned body then there is no easy way but to sweat it out. Try not to eat every hour and if you can not control then please eat fruits every hour so you don't get fat.

After giving birth my daughter, my weight is still 136kg. at that time, i am very sad. i need to buy all kinds of clothes with bigger size. but now i am only 120kg with 165cm high after 6 months. my suggestion is to keep good mood, and have a healthy diet. You are not allowed to eat snacks at night.

You need to start with good eating habits and exercise. Drink a glass of water every time before you eat.I am doing the ZUMBA dances and its fun and very helpful. Please go to the doctor and let him check out your thyroid... if the thyroid does not function well, that might be the reason for gaining weight...

I am sure nobody wants to get fat and gain so much weight. I had been through that too. Remember, you can control yourself more if you are in the office rather when you are at home and your mom cooking food.

walking is a good exercise. if you can hit the gym it would be much better. I suggest to drink water if you feel hungry. you can also take small meals every 3-4 hours. Also you can eat fruits or nuts rather than breads.

I have a friend who eat many times in a day but in little amount. She says it is not advisable to skip meals but then eat a lot when hungry.
