There is an option for you to select the best response or the response that you feel matches the discussion you raised. If you don't pick a best response, it remains unresolved. In a sense,it gets resolved when you pick a best response among the replies.

hi well it means two things, you have not read the gu delines or the FAQ's and that you have not yet chosen best responses in ea ch of your discussions so its easily resolved. Go and choose best responses on your discussions then go back and read the guidelines and the FAQ's for all the information you need to read and store in your memory.

These are open discussions where users have a good response so most are unresolved. you just have to choose the best answer. so just a matter of choice. Success! good day!

How about refreshing the page Nitin... ... I can't explain this to you but it happened to me also. I just refresh the page and it was okay. Sometimes I need to exit from mylot from time to time to time.
