toe jam

Today I went to a body flow class. I've only been to one once before but I was bored today on the machines so I went. I know I can't do too much of it as I have no balance, arm strength, coordination ect... While we were waiting for the instructor to get started I noticed a guy in the class picking at the toe jam in his feet. Ok now this class is a class where people either wear the special socks, reg. socks, or go bare foot. I was thankful I wear my socks as who knows what he was picking out of his toes.... lint or maybe athletes foot. It was just gross. 
Ever seen anyone pick at the junk in your toes in public or in a class? I bet few will say they have.

Ugh, sounds awful, hope that it hasn't put you off going to the excercise class. Just make sure you wear socks all the time.
I suppose some people do this as a bad habit, one of my son's offen plays with this bare toes, but I know there is nothing nasty there.I must say I have never hear it called toe jam before, I like the wording of it.
Keep up the very good work at the gym

Oh this is so gross! How horrible. My GS as a baby of 18 months would sniff all food before eating and this so embarrassed me when we were in public. He doesn't do it now unlesshe thinks that he can get away withut anyone watching him do so! And I thought that was bad. And no, I have never seen tbis done before either. How sickening it must have been to view it. I think that I may have made a noise like I was going to throw up

Hi snuggles, that is just disgusting, raunchy, and it would bother
me if I did see an act like this..I go off when people even sneeze
over me shoulder like on PT...I have never taken a class in socks
feet only sneakers...
I would be afraid of catching something in a place like that simply
because of people like that disgusting guy...and you do know that
he continued his day like everything was fine, including eating,
without washing his hands...
Just plain out nastified....

After I read this, I am so glad I always wear yoga socks, besides they keep me from slipping. I have never seen anyone do this action, but I have my eyes closed for most os my yoga class this allows me personal space even if the class is crowded.

First, let me say...Ewwwwwwwwww! I have seen someone do that and then sniff his fingers. Something just as sickening, I have seen the same person rub his fingers over the back of his ears and then sniff it. It's that sweat that smells sour. He sniffed and then said 'smells like cheese'. Just plain nasty.
