I just joined Freelancer.com. I don't know what to expect, considering that after reading the site, it's kind of easy what you can do. The bidding, I guess is more than what I bargained for, since the entire planet is on this website bidding on the same jobs. If there's anyone on this site, I'd sure appreciate some pointers.

I'm not a member, but that's because I'm not willing to sell myself to the lowest bidder. What are you considering doing? I know someone who has used the site to get work completed, and he told our class that it is the BEST place to get web design, letterhead and business cards for next to nothing. Until you've built up a following, you'll probably end up losing money because you might spend more time to create something than you'll get paid. I wish you luck!

Never joined the site but I've heard good and bad things about it. I think its different how you can bid on jobs and having that kind of competition can be healthy. It will drive you to do the best work and get paid, after a while you'll tenacious enough to write more and build your portfolio. Let me know your link in a PM and I'll support you any way I can.

Thanks, Git. It's interesting because someone on here is working on writing for Freenlancer and they made a cleaning by writing. It's nuts. I totally got sucked in by joining their site, but now my problem is I may have to cancel due to that I've joined too many sites to make $$$. (I know, big mistake!) I'm was just passing the time because I may bid on jobs I may not get, but hey, you never know.
