Yesterday I drove pass by this auto care shop, less than 1 mile from my home; surprisingly, they were closed down for business. That really remind me of how they treated me about a year ago. They recommended me to replace the radiator since the radiator is too old and they said crack appear on the surface. I took their advise and had it replaced. Disappointed, The new radiator was defective as inspected by 2 different mechanic from 2 different shops. The final resort I have to take is to called their corporate office all the way to another state. They finally admitted that was their mistake, and they had it replace another brand new one. Ever since, I never return my patronage to them. Somehow, I think if you didn't try your customer right, you may simply lose more and more business. Now, as I can see what is the outcome of it.

Hi kingparker,
I'm not the least surprised when you say that this particular auto shop has closed. Doing business is not a one off deal. The key to a successful business is to obtain and retain loyal and repeat clients. So having intergrity is extremely important. They need to build trust and excellent customers service in order to do well. A company with such poor service and attitude as you've described is bound for failure sooner than later. Just my thoughts. Have a good day.
