Do you have the experiences that when you go into a store, something just catch your eyes, because it is a bargain, have attractive appearance, or any other reasons. At that moment, you think you must purchase it, despite the fact that you don't need it right now, or will never get a chance to use it. If this often occurs to you, have you ever think about it? How are you going to do to prevent such circumstance?

I am pretty rational these days, but I used to be way more impulsive when shopping when I was younger. So if you are aware of your shopping habits, they can definitely be changed. I did it, by simply admitting that I do tend to impulse shop sometimes, and deciding to change that, since I wasn't happy about it.

Luckily, I am a rational comsumer. Before I go to supermarket, I will list all the things I want to buy on notebook. If things on sale that I do not need, I will just watch and go away to avoid purchasing.
