Wanna See My Underwear? Haha

There is this one dude who lives upstairs in this house that we have to pass on the road alot as it is the main road there to get around, and he has his underwear in the window every so often in full plain view just hanging up and I guess drying after he washed it? Usually it is those tidy whities. But today he actually had his undershirt there. My question is would you dry your underwear like that or hang it up near a window for any reason? It is so odd seeing that when you look up there, perhaps he doesn't even realize people can see it in the window? I just don't think I would do that wether I was a guy or girl. What do you think of it, do you think it's just not a big deal? What if it were female's underwear instead? I guess it's no real difference than hanging it outside on a line but most people don't do that anymore I guess.

Well, I see your point now. That's really odd. Maybe he has something weird in his mind. Well, I think in somewhere in Metro Manila, if I'm not mistaken I heard that there was an ordinance that prohibits residents to hang their clothes in front of their houses. But I'm not really sure of it.

I just think it's odd that it is only his underwear that is seen in the window and nothing else when he does it. It is almost as if he does it for the effect it has on others. Then again he is a guy and might not think at all why he does it or if it's wrong or not. It is not against the law but I think it's kind of strange/funny most of the time.

There are many people doing the same thing here in our country.
But here in my area- haven't seen one.
I won't hang my undies on windows....for people to look at (hehehe)

Just their undies and nothing else like a regular shirt or pants? I wonder. Bu anyways perhaps he has limited undies and that is why he dries them that way, if he is drying them to start off with as I can't tell if they are dry or not.
At least you wouldn't put yours in a window, as if on display. LOL

I thought that you would be posting a photo of one of yours or you wearing one.
This is not unusual in many places here, although I would have to say that I wouldn't be comfortable showing or hanging my underwear for passers by to look at. I find that in many places here it isn't that big a deal, which I think is an embarrassing fact because it just goes to show that our society are less concern of simple civility.

May be the dude is in his mid life crisis, he want to get the attention of everyone passing by the road, hanging his underwear in plain view in front of the window facing the road can provide some scenic view to those passers by. He has to be quite proud of his underwear by hanging them up in such a way. hahaha.... Personally, I will not do it this way, i just dry them out in my clothes dryer, not outside my window on to a rope.

It's absurd to hang all your undies in the window because your blocking the fresh air to get in besides I will hang my undies in my backyard or in a proper place.

I would think after a while, it would get old and I would get my laughs and then really think nothing of it. I have neighbors that put their undies on the clothes line, I don't make a big deal out of it but I know the kids in the neighborhood think it's pretty funny. I remember when I used to put clothes on the line, I wouldn't put the undies on the line, I can't say why, it just seemed kind of personal at the time, I guess.
I'm guessing it's probably a good thing that your neighbor keeps clean under gushies!

Only those people who are lucky enough to have a clothes-line to hang their undies on. I can't believe there is anyone who gets upset when they see undies drying in a window! What's this world coming to? What if they didn't have a window or any undies to hang in it? Now that would be so sad, wouldn't it?

I see that you live in United States as it states in your profile... And I think its a big deal in your place if you see an underwear hanging in full view of everyone who pass by...
Here in our country.. it is common to see underwears hanging outside windows... or even beside their entrance doors...
A lot of us here don't have washing machines..let alone dryers!!! And it reminds me... I still have a lot of my clothes that I haven't wash!

I do have a clothes line in the backyard, so I hang them out so people driving by obviously sees them. Now I wouldn't hang them in the window, or wave them around like look at my undies. When I move out I am going to get a clothes hanging rack, where it folds up and down and you can hang your clothes to dry.

Clotheslines are one thing and we do have one here as well, it's just not been in use for a few years or so. I usually just hang my clothes up in the basement to dry. We have a dryer but everytime I use it the fuse blows so I don't touch it anymore. Everyone else uses it and it doesn't blow any fuse. I like the idea of the rack that you want to get, that seems like the more logical solution, instead of putting them on display in a window.

It's so funny, I thought you really show to your mylot friends your undies lol...
Anyway, I think it is not bad what he is doing besides maybe he doesn't think that people will look at his window for no reason. some people don't have malice in their minds however on the other side of the story some people think and uses their imaginition so wildly.

Haha, no I used that as a "attention getter" I guess you could say. But I try to think up some funny titles as well. No, it's not bad that he does this but I have never seen anyone else do that before in the neighborhood or anywhere else. I wonder why it's just the underclothes and nothing else??? Oh well, none of my business really but I wouldn't do it that way.
