I just want to hear your opinions about this. Yeah, maybe it happens sometimes. I hope the discussion maker won't feel bad about it. I feel sorry for him though. Yeah, it's a part of the learning process... Thanks for posting.

Well i think i somehow feel bad because they are saying bad things about it, but in the other hand will also feel good in the sense that my discussion is really interesting enough to talk about.

When I was 2 week year old mylot baby girl, I had been so disappointed with responses, comments and all unfavorable to my reading. but then I realized, why do I need to be affected by such comments and responses. It is their opinions so why not just respect it or just don't go back to read it over and over again, just to whine and get offended over and over again. If there is one thing I have learned here in MYLOT is to accept the difference of each other. Yes, I have learned to accept even the weirdest discussion or intellectual one. I have learned to accept that some people just don't agree on what my views are. Sometimes, they say inappropriate words against me, but hey, they are just people like me so.. it is just like that. Different folks with different strokes. Yes, if I think of a good discussion I will post it here so everybody that who will be interested will be getting and learning something from me. I am a teacher, so I think it runs in my blood and system to teach at the same time to learn. OPEN SESAME....

Oh, it's nice to meet you my fellow teacher. I can also tolerate such responses and comments. But if the person isn't you, I guess the feeling is different. Yesterday, I've read a discussion and responded to it. It was very personal. It did't mention the name of the original discussion maker but based on the discussion itself, you already knew who was the person referring to. I felt bad about it because if he ever read it, he might be discouraged. I don't know if you've met those two discussions.

Oh, I got a notification awhile ago informing me that it was already deleted. My answer was deleted because the discussion was deleted.

I really don't anything on anything here... sorry angel. I have not even aware if there is a malice in a discussion being posted here. maybe I am too naive

I just don't put a lot of effort whether, the discussion is about someone or something. maybe you can tell me where the discussion is through PM so I may see if it is below the belt. Thanks for telling me about this.

I don't feel bad at all, it's their opinion and they have rights same with me and everyone. I just shrug my shoulder and say ok.. and continue pointing out my own opinion. As long as no insults and cursing, everything's fine.

read the guidelines as the admins says report insults not take them as constructive as thats not what they are, an insult is an insult.

hi angel this is not l ike facebook we do not do likes and we should not p ost bad things here about anyone, mylot wants us to be decent to each other. if someone thinks a discussion is awful he or she cam go to another one. there is no room according to admins for us to be nasty to each other here. i feel I do post meaningful discussions and if yo u or anyone do not like them you are free to got o another discussion. if someone insults me I will do what admins suggest,report it to the admins and let them look at it. I do not go arou nd post bad things on discussions as we are told not t o do that. this is not Facebook we do don have a l ike or dislike thing here. we rate discu

sssions not the makers.It would not motivate me if someone broke mylots rules and wrote bad stuff it would make me report the remarks and let my lot deal with it.What motivates me is when people tell me that they appreciate my discussion.

Yes, I guess even Facebook. They should not be mean to others. That's why Facebook is becoming a bad site nowadays because of those online fights. Is that right? I mean wall-to-wall figts or posting their status with bad stuffs. Yeah, I guess that's the bst thing we could do. To report those insults to myLot admins. Thanks so much Aunt Hatley. :)

Well, I might feel bad about it but I would just let it pass. After all, we are free to post anything we want for as long as it is within Mylot guidelines. If it were other member's way of expressing themselves, well and good. They just need to be careful not to make the post too personal as it will surely be deleted.

angel in the guideline the admins says its not f un to be insulted and cautions us not to do that so harsh criticisms are insulting and I do report them and they are deleted. we are suposed to be decent to each other. so if we see a discussion we just do not like bypass do not tear the person to pieces as my lot will not stand still for io anyway. the response will be deleted believe me. I have been here for five years and have seen mean responses deleted. after all there is no law that says if you do not like a discussion you must respond to it'but there is a rule telling us not to be hurtful to one another.

Oh, thanks for posting. Yes, all of us are free to post anything we want. I hope we'll just be aware of the outcome. We don't know if the person is open to criticism or not. I guess it's better to avoid posting discussions based on other people's discussions especially if the content is to criticize. We can take it as destructive criticism. I hope te peron won't read it. But it's impossible I guess.

There should be some reason for the discussion right. If there is then i wont feel bad and let the things go. As people will definitely forget about it the next day. If there is anything i should learn then why not i will definitely learn , after all life is a learning process.

I think I don't feel bad for it. I just take it as positive and I can not please anyone here to tell positive about my discussion. Everyone has its own thoughts and its up to each of us if we take it negatively or positively. We are free to utter what is in our minds and we should be open minded about others thoughts.

No, that's similar discussion I think. For example, you made your discussion. Then, I don't think it's a good discussion. (It's nonsense.) I will start my discussion about your discussion. I will write the content of your discussion and talk about it and ask mylotters about their take. Got it?
