criteria for qualifying in infolinks / myLot

I have a blog and want to use infolinks to give ads there. Can anyone please say what are the criteria for my blog to get qualified in infolinks? I have visited their website. Their website is very good but I can't find these criteria. Can you help ?

I think you need to have a good article into your website with enough traffic daily. Then your blog must three months old and more articles in it. If your blog is under construction I think your blog will not meet the criteria...
