She ordered 8000 and expected an upgrade in shipping

The other day I was on my facebook when one of the places I order my coupons from sent a status update out. Apparently one of her customers ordered 8000 coupons of which the variety was that it was only two different coupons. It's not the fact she had 8000 to fulfill for one person that bothered this lady. What bothered her is that the woman whom ordered the coupons did not carefully select the way she wanted it shipped and emailed the lady to ask for an upgrade. It's not an easy task, and also money out of the coupon ladies pocket.
Would you upgrade her anyway?
I may because even if it is money out of my pocket I keep the customer, but it also depends on how I am treated. It seemed the lady asking for the upgrade was being very ill behaved.
*You can order coupons already clipped online. You are not paying for the coupons but a small fee to have the coupons clipped for you. Make sure you find a trustworthy company and aren't paying more for the coupons then what you'd save.

I am in the wrong business
If she is paying the right price and it can more than cover the costs of the shipping plus some great profit I would comply as this could be good future business. Wonder if the coupon lady uses swagbucks/mypoints and earns for every redeemed coupon as well.

These aren't coupons that are printed out, they are cut out from the papers themselves. There are laws against selling the coupons and so she only charges a few cents for the price of her clipping them, but that is it. I think the one who has ordered 8000 is selling them somehow though.

I haven't seen a physical coupon(except bed,bath and beyond) in perhaps 3 years

I'd rather use them because printable ones are hard to scan, and there are limits to them in many places on this side of the States.

I did not know that this was happening. I can see that it may be quite a good business. How does she know that this lady will pay her when she has sent the clippings? How is that worked out? I tend to stay away from rude people but if she thinks that the money will come then she should go for it. Money can be made in so many different ways. This always amazes me and I wish that I had had more business skills when I was younger.

It is it's own business. She has a website and that has a shopping cart and so you send her the money, she starts clipping. I've used her twice already and love the service. There is like two or three options at checkout when it comes to shipping, the cheapest is 0.80 and the most expensive I think is $1.40.
I would never have thought of this myself. If I knew how to get many many flyers / papers I would build my own website for this purpose.
