I had to get rid of my premium cable channels to make my cable bill lower which means I don't get to watch my favorite program Dexter. I clicked on a link here on mylot for tvshowinsider (I think that's the name). It says you can watch any tv program including....DEXTER!! When I got to the site of course it's something that has to be downloaded to my pc. I am very careful when it comes to downloading anything because I know what can happen and I don't want to put my pc at risk because I could never afford another one! Do you download a lot of programs to your pc? Is it worth taking the chance just so I can watch one program? Have you had problems after downloading program?

If you have a good virusscanner and firewall, downloading from internet isn't that big of a problem, just use the sites that are pretty famous and u should be fine.

I know people that download everything. I don't download anything. I've had problems before with downloading something as simple as Java. Last year I had viruses and all kinds of problems. I was advised never to download stuff so I don't. Unless you know a lot about computers I wouldn't. But then again, it's probably a safe download. It's just too difficult to tell these days. I guess it's up to you. Hopefully you'll get some good advice here.
