Children and Romatic movie

Does the romantic movie is the suitable kind of movie to watch with family in weekend at cinema. Because I'm afraid for my children, is this good for their education or bad for them.

Most movies now have ratings and you can look it up at IMDB to see if the movie is suitable to be viewed by children. That should help you. But nowadays, it's really difficult to find a movie that is truly suitable for children. The only kind of movies that you can bring your children to watch are animated movies.

If your children are small enough just going to school (age between 5 to 15) then watching romantic movies with them in cinema is not good. As a parent it becomes our duty to find out about the movie before going to watch the movie.

I think that there is an appropriate age for children to watch such movies. If they reach that age, they would understand more what they are seeing in the movie and if ever that there are scenes that they do not understand, we can be able to explain it to them well.
