Which Is better android base or window base tablets?

I've been told that android Is not supported by a lot of websites that pays you money to work on them like surveys and music site.So which Is better android or windows?

Since windows just came out with windows 8. It's going to be the best since it's like a actually computer in a tablet. If you want to do things like a computer then buy the tablet most like a computer.
