Are You Affraid of December 21st?

all this talk about the end of the world. some people are believing it. others are making fun of others for believing it. be honest, aren't you a little worried. i am supposed to travel on that day, i am thinking about cancelling until after wards. this may sound paranoid, but i am not like some people just yet. many are actually stocking up and preparing. how do we prepare, though. we aren't talking about a local disaster, we are talking about the end of the world. how do we prepare? is there any way? i don't think anything will happen myself, but i am just wondering how many people are brave enough to admit that they are a bit concerned.

I think if ever the end of the world will happen on december 21 then even if you prepared for it I believe no one is safe.. if you have faith I think that is enough for you to survive if ever dooms day will come.. but o course we all hope it will not come.. so I'm not really giving somuch attention to it.. but in that day I wanna be with my family..

I don't worry about that. I just don't believe that anyone can actually tell when the world will end. I am preparing for Christmas, my birthday and welcoming the New Year actually. And I think that the more we read news or see documentaries about that, the more that we will be paranoid and believe that the end of the world is near.

In my opinion, I may feel worried but not to extent of being paranoid. If the hearsay is true, then we cannot overturn prophesy that they implied. If it happens, then we just accept the fact that it is our fate to be in that situation. Though, you should still be careful on your way to travel at the date specified.

On personal note, I am not afraid about that day that some people claim the world will meet its end. Nobody can really tell, so why not we go on doing what we're supposed to do instead of worrying about what may never happen in a long time from now? I know some people may be worried, especially the children who are innocent and sometimes overhear the discussions of adults who sometimes, whether we admit it or not are a bit sensationalized, exaggerated and the likes.
Anything may happen on that date but what is important is how we deal over this issue in a mature way and it won't help for us to overreact.

I am not afraid of it because I would not listen to a Mayan prediction based on a belief system I do not ascribe to. Also, there is no point in worrying because worrying does not aid me in any way.
If the Mayans were so good at predicting why couldn't they tell when their own civilization was going to end? Yet somehow they can tell the end of the world so much later in time.

Hahah...I remember when I gone in bank for renewal of FD. I say to FD renewal sir, Sir now 21st Dec. is coming and I heard now world will end then sir told me ohhhh then why you want to renew the FD withdraw the money and spend it. I laughing hehee...world is end but I will live till 100 years they also laugh and say ohhhh you are special no die. I am not afraid but want to watch and I have only one option wait and watch.

No. No. No. No. I don't believe the world is going to end. We're all going to die, but not on Dec. 21. Why people are afraid? Maybe some don't have anything else better to do. I'm not afraid.

I'm not at all afraid, I've long believed it's going to come only that we don't know when exactly. If it's to happen on that day then there's really nothing we could do about it.

I am not afraid of December 21st. So many people around me talk about this issue and they actually prepare for this day, like doing something special before the end of world. Anyway, i do not believe and even do not care. If the end of world really comes, we can not escape. At least, I can still stay together with the one I love. we will face this together. have a nice day.

I'm not worried about that. If it's bound to happen, then I will just accept it and will silently pray and thank the Lord above before I die. We are living in this age of technology and computers everywhere but still these technologies cannot do anything when nature strikes. Even if you build a house on the safest part of the Earth, if the center of strike is there, you will still die or suffer.
