Have you got a Twitter account?
I have.
I have a love/hate relationship with Twitter.
One for the Christians here... Twitter is very much like THE LAST DAYS OF SODOM AND GOMORRAH
There is all kind of stuff going on there - Debauchery, Filth, Criminal Libel, Abuse and Trolling, the list is endless.
Whatever you think is wrong with the world, it is more than likely that it has a Twitter account.
Celebrities being abused because they are famous is all wrong - That is nothing but bitterness and jealousy.
Let make a fool of themselves first, before abusing them.
That LOHAN muppet gets loads of stick on Twitter because she deserves it.
Every kind of idiot and deviant has an account, an account that gives them the freedom to spout hate and ill informed knowledge.
These same halfwits have the infamous MIRROR SHOT - Teenage boys showing their 
...Abs and teenage girls, well - Do I need to say?
I have a 14 year daughter who has a Twiiter account - That account is monitored by me - HEAVILY. Any perv makes a comment that I deem not suitable for a young lady.... Well that makes them fair game in my opinion.

Most people on Twitter are STUPID!!!

There postings make them fair game.
Whether it be the MORON that says they are marrying Bieber.
Or the Footballer that uses Money as toilet paper/
....All fair game.
The Racist spouting some crap he has heard from his equally racists friends.
Or the wannabe political activist who believes cutting and pasting is the same as having an origimal thought in their head.

That is what I like about Twitter - These idiots being told they are idiots. Fools being laughed at by THE PLANET. It is ok to TROLL a TOOL.
My grandmother once said to me...JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN SPEAK, DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO.... NOW SHUT UP!!
Twitter also makes a mockery of libel laws - Court orders or rulings protecting a person identity are ignored on Twitter and people are named.
In the UK, A former Politician was named as a Paedophile on Twitter.
This was later proved to be untrue and he is now sueing everyone who posted that he was a Kiddie Fiddler.
There are things about Twitter I do like.
The speed that news stories appear. The ability to guage people's opinion about various stories. Being able to discover that we all generally think the same(Except for the Idiots).
Some of the humour on Twitter is hilarious.
And finally, lets not forget the inbred, knuckldragging halfwits - These clowns make us seem a lot better than we might think we are

Twitter is a diverse universe all its own. I agree with all the points you made here. I have a Twitter account and I go on once in a while. I do use it really to post links. Not sure if they are actually being looked at. What Twitter really is is like texting the entire world. It is text on a universal scale. At least my kids are still too young for that stuff and hopefully not really get into it. But I know deep down they will at some point. Now, if you took away all those idiots and morons on Twitter, there will only be a hand full of normal people left. LOL!!!!!!

If we got rid of the Halfwits, Fools and Bieber fans - I would have no followers but my Mother
