I was married six years,but my wife have not pregnace,we have met doctor since two years and take lots of medicines.but now we are fail,my sperms motility rate are still low,so my wife isn't pregnant.the doctor felt boring about our situation and suggested to make test-tube baby.we thought that is ok,but the operation fee is $6454-$9231,we haven't this more money,so what are we gonna do?Don't we want baby in the rest of our life?

I suggest you try other suggestion of other doctor. There were medicine to keep your sperm higher. I believe you are not infertile and can create a baby. Just wait and trust God. The blessing will come for you. Don't try the test tube fertilization until you have tried harder on medications that will make your sperm viable. Hope you will have a baby. Don't lose hope.
