My better half my fiancé went to work on Monday and everyone started telling him that they though he was fired from what they were told. So he started asking around to if d out what was going on. We come to find out be was not even suppose to work last Wednesday or Thursday. They are even tryi g to say that they are not too g to pay him becUse he was not suppose to be at work. Well they said that he got onto the Internet and watched adult things. Well first of all you have to have a code to get into the Internet that he does not have and does not have access to. And then he has a smart phone why does he need to use their Internet when he has his own and also he has adult apps on his phone. So really why would be even bother to do that a d take the chance to get fired when he loved his job. His job is the only reason we did not move 2 hours away. I think that they just wanted to come up with a reason to get rid of him. My better half noes the one that does do that but he is not one to go and rat out anyone. But he thinks that the person that does that is the one that gave the big dogs his name and said that he is the one that was doing it. We had to go and pick up his tos after that and I looked at the guy and te him to have a very merry Christmas. And then my better half told me that the guy that td him he was fired didn't even now why the higher up guys are the ones that told him that they didn't need him any more. So there are different things going around because the guy said that they couldn't prove that it was him even if it was. A d some other guy all he td my man was that they didn't need him any more they never said that he was fired. But with being in North Carolina they don't have to have a reason to let you go. This is a at will state. And really kind of sucks cause I mean really now what do we do. Thank god that we got our children's Christmas do e before hand. But I think the kids are starting to under stand the meaning of Christmas because we have been telling them the meaning of Christmas like every day.

Thank you for responding. He is already looking for another job and has found one in his career path and will be going to look into the job tomorrow. We are hoping that he can get this job because it is also close to home. He was planning on just waiting until after the holidays but he is going to jump on this before someone else jumps on it. Thank you again for responding. Hope you have a great holiday.

Yup I live in NC too and know about the stupid laws here about not having to tell someone. I think I've been let go once without really being given a reason but then when I found out and a friend explained they offered me back my job, I said naw ya'll can keep that job shoved. I hate he got fired right here around Christmas but atleast ya'll did get your kids something. Hopefully he can find some place to work soon, perhaps going the temp seasonal route first will atleast get him something.

Thank you for responding. Yeah I so do not under stand these laws here LOL. He was working through a temp service while working at his last job and they are looking for something else for him but said it would be after the first of the year. He did find a job online today that he is going to go check out tomorrow. He was going to wait till after the first of the year so he could spend the holiday with the family but this job may not be open for that long and it's great pay more then he was making at his last job and is closer to home. So he has got to go now. And we are hoping that he gets this job. Thank you again for posting.
