Are you sick and tired of doing a multitasking activity upon opening your browser? Or opening different softwares and at the same time, messing with different sites online? Well, I am not. I am used to do multitasking activity, when I open a browser. I used to mess up with the Internet Explorer and enjoying viewing on different sites such as Soundcloud, Hulkshare, Youtube, etc. Now, Here's my point. I know that some of people are not used to open different tabs especially if their PCs are hanging or getting out of connection because the memory of the PC cannot bring up with so many tabs or sites opened. Well, you can do any arrangements with that, if you are sick and tired. If you have opened, for example, five to ten tabs per browser, and you left them for a couple of minutes and then when you checked them back, they wont open anymore, you can close the entire browser. Now, if the browser wont close too, then wait for the entire program to respond. I think it will take a long period of time, but it's worth doing it, all the tabs are closed or on a responsive mode. You can also restart your PC, then go back to the browser you last visited and fix some arrangements there, and I think that's the best idea. I also do that. Once I hang so many tabs and programs I use, I just restart the PC and fix with the sites I last visited. Now, what are we gonna do, for example, you are going to open a browser? First, think of the sites you'll gonna visit, or make a plan of what are you gonna visit before opening a browser. For instance, you'll gonna mess up with Youtube and watch some videos there. Make sure that you'll gonna stay on Youtube page, no matter how many tabs you open. Well, if you have a Facebook or Twitter page and want to share your videos with your friends there, you can open three tabs, (Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube), then after messing with them, and you think of opening another site, for example here in Mylot, then you can log out your Facebook, Twitter and Youtube pages and mess up in Mylot, or you can visit another sites for example, Soundcloud or you can also check your e-mails. But why there are some hangings on different sites when you open a browser? For example, you open a Google Chrome and you bombarded it with 5-10 tabs? In my surfing experience, because of poor PC memory. On our PC, we already upgraded it into dual core, (Intel Core 13), as it is written on our CPU. I think if you are experiencing some irregularities regarding unresponsive sites becacuse of several tabs opened in one browser, it's time to upgrade the memory of your PC. Well, I am not an IT expert, but as a blogger and because I used to be the cheif editor of our newspaper in college, in which I had to deal with the newspaper editing and layouting software such as Adobe Pagemaker and Illustrator, I experience several bugs here regarding so many tabs opened on one browser, that's why I come up with these ideas, and with gods' help we can make our PC upgraded soon for a fast and bug-free surfing.

Hi Ruffabee! I use many tabs also when I use the Internet. I have 6 homepages that open at once. Do you use a Mac or Windows based computer? If you use Windows operating system, have you ever tried to use the Task Manager to close windows that freeze? It's much faster than waiting for the program to respond.

I always use the Windows OS. Yeah, sometimes, I use the task manager, but it rarely works, so I stick to my usual way of getting into lots of tabs in one browser.

Download a software, set an accelerator key, and when my IE freezes, I will kill it using ctrl+F2 and restart IE. I prefer ctrl+F1, but it is occupied by the OS... I consider it a good way. Actually IE9 is far better than IE6, so most of the time, it is not neccessary to kill anything. ;)

StLouisMetroTutoring I also use like you open lots of tab at a time and open various discussions each in new tab and respond on it. I use task manager when a message is showing mozilla not responding. Windows XP is the best OS.
