Taichi or Yoga

            Taichi is more of a movement especially the mind and body while Yoga is more on meditation and sit ups. I prefer Taichi as good for exercise because it balances our body. Taichi is not really a competition. It can use for our health especially older ones or senior citizens. 
How about you guys?

                    As both giving the same impact on the particular person doing this, personally according to my point of view, I will go with yoga, which is easily acceptable for all age people for better relief and meditation.

                    For me Tai chi is the outdated chinese exercise whereas Yoga is much more the lastest trend that people is praticing , but Yoga is much more useful when it comes down to losing weight yea.
