i'm gaining weight!!!!! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it almost 5 month i graduate and life with my family, its not the same when i live far from my family. when i was far away, i still can control my eating habit. oh, no!!!! my mum cook is the best!!!!!! i already gain almost 10kg.... arghhhhhhh... what is happening to me??????? few my friend already said that my face already look chubby!!!!!!! its look like i need to back in mt track.... start to loss my weight now!!!!!!! i'm think about taking some supplement with a diet plan.. now i heard there is a lot of product.... it just like you take the product(the product contain all the energy content you need) its like i exchange my balance diet, with product like that... is it good to do that way?????????

Hmm your problem is weight gaining but my problem is my weight lost. I think you should diet in the right way and not use some product or pills. Doing excersice and control to eat food.

hahaha i agree! Mom's cooking is the best, it's filled with so much love that's why!:) Careful on planning to take products for diet, some may be dangerous. Careful with eating, especially this coming vacation and holiday season, eating is always bonding time with the family:D

yes, with this holiday season, there will be always food at my home. hehe. i just miss my mum'c cook already, i already go back to my collage. huhu.. but, i can manage my diet plan now, that's gone be easy if i'm not at home

its really hard to start, i just start slowly, reduce my meal, from taking 2cup rice to 1cup. few like that

I have always found that diets don't work for me, I would diet then binge and would put on more weight than I had originally lost. Right up until my early twenties I was always over-weight and got bullied for it. Then when I was encouraged to join a gym, the weight fell off, I lost 4 stone and felt so much better for it and confident. I ate sensibly but I ate foods that I liked, because I could easily burn it off. Unfortunately now I am much older, burning off the calories isn't as easy as when I was in my twenties! Good luck I know you will achieve your desired weight.

so, i need to work harder to loss them. i know, its the calories we need to burn . if we do the wrong this , we just loss the water in our body, that is not good that way

I don`t think that you will need a supplement. It will be enough if you eat a well balanced diet and stop eating part of the delicacies your mom makes.

Hi, Its not good to take any pills or any products for weight loss. This may lead to side effects. So better try to loose through minimum eating and exercise.Best way no side effects.

oh, maybe i not state there very well. its not a pill but its kind a drink. something like day. i know pill is not good, people can die if not know how to used it well
