News can be terrible

I am ill at the moment. I looked at the news and some madman aged 20 years old rushed into an American school and shot children which were just 6 or 7 years old. As a primary school teacher that would be my worst nightmare. I read the head teacher and some of the adults in the school were also killed. The police found out he had shot him own mom.
I feel so very sad about that news! Why are guns allowed in America?

I was totally shocked when I saw the news oonline. the students are so young and they are innocent and pure. But their life are gong in this way. I just canot imagine. pray to them and I hope such things will never happen again.

As a primary school teacher when I am teaching the children are in my care for teaching and I can't imagine something like that happening. Well done to the library lady for getting all the children which were in the school in locked cupboard. She gave each child paper and pencils. She asked each child to stay very quiet indeed. Sadly not everyone was lucky enough stay alive.

It is shocking news isn't it? I can only imagine how terrified everyone must have been as it is like something out of a horror.
The sad thing is he also shattered so, so many lives in one short space of time. All those people and their families and the community.

It is both horrific and sickening my friend, it's not the first killing spree and sadly it won't be the last, I was touched by Obama's response, but they do need to do something. When you send your children to school you expect them to be safe and looked after, you'd never dream you're sending them to be slaughtered. We have the knife culture here in the UK. Sad sad day indeed.
