Yes, I think this is amazing. This doctor also helps adults and children with ADHD, ADD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, Depression and many other disorders just by resoring the healthy bacteria in their gut. When babies are born, they get the bacteria that live in the birth canal of the mom and from breast feeding. But sometimes, if they get wrong bacteria, by bottle feeding and/or antibiotics etc, these bacteria can go from the gut, through the body into the brain and disturb the balance there. Dr Campbell learned how to give her son the right kind of nutrition and he is not autistic any more. One example: Fermented food has a very beneficial impact on our gut flora. Now you can read the article and help to spread the word.. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/07/31/dr-natasha-campbell-mcbride-on-gaps-nutritional-program.aspx Before you comment - please look at least at part of the article as it is rather long, but also well worth reading when you have time. Your thoughts?

I read the article, but it did not show any experimental works to back up her work. Still, it is completly harmless so it`s worth trying it. I have seen a lot about probiotics lately. I think that I will check it up at the web. Thanks for the information, friend.

Hi, marguicha I guess there is research about this and I read another article with more info: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/05/12/dr-campbell-mcbride-on-gaps.aspx?e_cid=20120512_DNL_artNew_1 And yes, it is completely harmless, as we have eaten fermented food probably since Noah's days and maybe earlier. Since you like to cook, I guess you have eaten sauerkraut, which is one of my favorites. If you can make your own fermented vegetables, they might be best, as you know they are not heated in any way. The lactic acid bacteria are one of the best for preparing food, they preserve it and makes it a lot more digestible.

That sounds great.. I have learned so many things the latest 15 years or so about nutrition. The info from gnld.com has been amazing too. The health program starts with Lactic Acid bacteria and Aloe Vera and Calcium+Magnesium with vitamn D3. The minerals help to make us less acid, as acidity causes most health problems, and the good bacteria makes our digestion ready for the good nutrition. The best thing is to do this program with right food, but some have added food supplements that are available here. Keep up the good work..

I think more and more information will be forth comming soon. We have fooled with our food supply for so long now that things that may have shown up as just minor problems and now showing as hugh problems. I am convinced that much of the pain my body has is caused by food and medicines I have used in the past. I guess only time will tell but am very glad that I am no longer feeding children. I am glad this woman found a way to help her child.

Hi, savypat Yes, many health problems are caused by people not knowing what to do and how to take care of the children and themselves. A good thing is that this now spreads through Internet and can reach most people. We can change our way to eat and live and talk with everyone who may need help.

Hi, Cutie Thanks to the Internet a lot more people than before will be able to read and test this. Everyone should learn to take care of the bacteria flora we have in us. It affects our health tremendously. I will send this to Twitter and Facebook and g+ - If everyone sends this further, it will affect many lives in a positive way. This is very easy to learn and spread, and the fermented vegetables are available almost everywhere.
