I love to eat breakfast and my favorite breakfast to eat is old fashioned oatmeal with an organic apple and a cup of almond milk. This seriously tastes like apple pie. I eat this almost everyday for breakfast, I had eggs yesterday, but nothing compares to my oatmeal and apples. It's nice to know I can eat something delicious and still be healthy for me. I also like to eat oatmeal in the morning because it makes me feel full throughout the day and I really end up making better choices. How did you prepare your oatmeal the last time you had it?

A good fact also is that when we sleep, our body is digesting food intake so normally when one gets up in the morning, we feel that we are fasting resulting that we need energy and nutrients from food to cope up with the digested intakes. Eating our breakfast benefits effects on the loss of food digested. Breakfast is no doubt the important meal of the day; it also acts as your first fuel to start your everyday routine. Eating breakfast is good for one’s health. Eating breakfast helps in stimulating good intake and consumption to pack your stomach as it is generating workloads on everyday life. It is also been proven that eating breakfast improves a more nourished and complete diet. It also aids in the improvement of concentration and performance on your busy working lifestyle. It has been proven by studies that the average human who skip breakfast for their diet plan has poor concentration and mental alertness because they are more likely preoccupied on their stomach rather than what they are working, so best to bulk up your tummy before heading to your workspace.

I just take my oatmeal plain. I do not want my oatmeal to have fruits or nuts in it. I tried, but I didn't like it.

I don´t like oatmeal so I never have it. My breakfast is usually a couple of mugs of coffee and a bit of bread with something on it. Today I had muffins, so I ate two of them. I don´t think that breakfast is the most important meal for me. My biggest meal is lunch generally.

People who do Intermittent fasting will usually have a bigger lunch. As long as you don't go to long without fueling your body, it's all good.

I never liked oatmeal when I was a kid, but the taste grew on me. I would eat the flavored oatmeals a lot, but within the last year I've gone to just eating old fashioned oatmeal and fixing it the way I like it the best. I am really trying to get through with eating bread, but it's hard, and I love the taste. Yummy. I really want to stop eating bread though, because of the wheat issue. I'm still looking for a healthier alternative. Hmmmm, maybe I will make an oatmeal bread

Yes I do agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.In your discussion I would just like to add some of the important points to remember about breakfast and why it is so important which you have missed out.Many prople wake up late in the morning and unfortunately this rids them of time to prepare breakfast.This skipping of breakfast has many negative effect.Breakfast helps restore glucose to body giving necessary energy and keeping a person productive throughout the day.By eating breakfast you will feel energized and able to take your responsibility effectively and efficiently.Skipping breakfast consistently causes weight gain rather weight loss.This is because eating in the morning helps to reduce your appetite later in the day and helps to avoid over-eating later in the day.Also skipping breakfast cut out a significant opportunity for you to supply your body with essential nutrients. Sorry I don't really like oatmeal and also don't know how to prepare it.

Everyone should wake up to eat breakfast, it doesn't matter what time they wake up, they should still eat something to "break the fast" from the night before while they were sleeping. You are right when you say breakfast provides you with many nutrients. Oatmeal is one of the easiest foods to prepare. Just follow the recipe on the container, right?

I haven't had breakfast yet this morning, but I'll be having oatmeal and an apple with some almond milk I usually don't use sugar in my oatmeal since the apple is sweet enough. I have used truvia once in awhile, but not often.

I try to eat breakfast every day and it's usually cereal with fruit or oatmeal. I seldom make eggs for myself. I use the microwave to make my oatmeal.

I had eggs for a snack this morning on an English muffin, it was very good. I make my oatmeal in the microwave too, but I have been known to put it in the crock pot overnight especially when I am using steel cut oats.

You are right. The breakfast is one of the most important meals in a day. And it is suggested to eat the best for the breakfast. You will have plenty of time to digest it and it gives you energy. So I will not skip the breakfast even if I am in a hurry to work. Every morning I prepare for different kinds of breakfast. Sometimes it is bread, sometimes it is noodles, sometimes it is cake etc. So we will not feel bored to it.

Good for you. Oatmeal and apple are very great indeed for health. In my case, I do not take any breakfast. I just don't have the appetite to eat in the morning. I usually just take coffee and is good enough to last me till lunch time. I know that there are those that really cannot afford not to take anything for breakfast. But maybe because of my line of work before, I am already accustomed to not taking anything in the morning.

That's the best thing about oatmeal, it is very affordable. If we buy it the old fashioned way. There are 30 servings for about $3.00. You get to eat breakfast for the month for $3.00, that's about 10 cents per serving. I sure do love the taste, and it's great with coffee or tea. I like to have my tea/coffee before I eat breakfast, but I still eat in the morning. What kind of work do you do?

I have never liked oatmeal or as we would call it in the UK porridge.Your right about Breakfast being the most important meal of the day.As it gives you the energy necessary for the day and it is a long time since you ate your last meal,the evening before. Though despite knowing the importance of eating a good breakfast I rarely ever eat any.And I don't eat any breakfast for a bad reason laziness, I don't usually eat breakfast so I can have an extra half an hour in bed.So when I do eat breakfast it's usually at the weekend when I don't have to be up early.

I eat breakfast almost every day. The only time I don't is if I am going out for an early lunch. I have to take some pills with food and so I take them with breakfast. In the summer I usually just have cereal, but in the winter I have oatmeal. I usually get the instant packets, so I just have to add water.

I have cereal once in awhile, on those mornings where I might want to have something a little different or lighter than what oatmeal is. I use to eat the oatmeal in those instant packets, but I haven't done that in awhile now. I'm really liking the regular old fashioned oatmeal. I use my own spices and it's pretty good.

I alternate my breakfasts. I have a meusli mix which I enjoy with a little milk and coffee. This is my healthy breakfast. The next day I have two pieces of toast, one with cheese and the other with marmalade and of course I like my toast well buttered. This is my favourite breakfast. I want to lose weight so I thought this was the nearest I could get to being careful,but if I stop my favourite breakfast I know I will comfort myself in an even more inappriate manner. I do occasionally have porridge, but as I give this a little body (and myself too in the process) by adding syrup and evaporated milk, this is a rare treat.

The most important to start working in a day is to have breakfast. You need to consume energy to work early morning, the food will be burned out fast if it does. Great day!

Im not much of a breakfast eater.. but when I do eat it.. I seems to make it through the day without getting so tired. my problem is Im never hungry till about 11-12 each day...

The breakfast is the most important for day. But I don't eat breakfast for few years, hehehe. It's already launch time when I wake up everyday, because i have to work in the middle night. I's a seller from China, so there is a time difference! Have to do that!! Hoping i can become more better in future! Can eat breakfast normally, hehehehe!
