Toy guns for kids? I am not into it.

With the recent shooting incident in one of the schools in Connecticut, it just came into my mind that as parent we should not exposed kids to some toys that could make violent impact on our kids. One is by giving them toy guns. Yes, this is a toy for kids especially boys because it help them develop their masculinity but I refuse in this idea. Giving them toy guns makes them think that a real gun is just a toy that they might played on and may cause untoward incidents. As a father, I will never buy my kids toy guns or any deadly weapon toys (swords, knife, etc.). It is better to divert and develop their attention to educational toys that will help in their mental development. Good day mylotters.

Yes, you are right. These will not do good to our children. They become violent with these toys. I prefer to give him toys like cars, musical instruments, or creative and educational one. Thanks for this. Have a nice day!

Like what we had for our son, we bought him jigsaw puzzles and other educational toys like books. This season, we just bought him a simple keyboard because we found out that he really loves the piano application we downloaded in our tablet so we decided to bought him a real one which might develop his skills in that instrument.
