Do you guys use access database for tracking and record entries, personally i would suggest using these specially when doing online business, not only it organizes all the accounts i am doing but also it makes me convenient to easily look up what I am looking for, do you use it too?

Hi Matthew, I am so glad reading your topic. In our office we are still trying to organize the database since it is under a new management hence a lot of changes to be consider. We do sponsorship, villa and vehicle lease, logistics and Payroll bookkeeping to several clients.I believe that you have an ample idea how we can make these things compiled into a detailed and comprehensive one database. Thanks, your help is much appreciated.

Hi mathew! We are using this system in our office, but personally, I never tried it with my online activities. I just don't have enough time to do it. But this is a good suggestion. Perhaps I could try it on the coming year. Have a nice day!

Well as I am seeing personally, its so convenient and very organize to use i create tables for my personal accounts in my sites I joined such as sites i'm earning to my other accounts such as for my personal and business use, even my to do list and notes, it is so convenient plus the feature of queries that i can easily track my daily tasks to do everyday, batch by batch, and for contacts honestly i gather all of my contacts from my yahoo, fb and others and merge it all in one i also use the tracking of duplication so i don't havr any problems with duplicated records, how easy to use specially using this to track recruits as downlines and so many more, try it but the things is sometimes bugs is as usual part of microsoft problems which i had encountered to, but what i did is i just export to a new database all of the tables, forms, queries and reports so that it can still be function again as new. happy mylotting buddy.

A database is certainly a useful thing to have handy when using mylot. Access isn't the best by any means but there are plenty of others, even free ones. Of course I don't use the virus ridden, toy operating system that access comes from! Now a database of mylot users! All the loonies, the religious nutters, the "you must agree with me types", the hicks, the non-repliers, etc., etc. In other words, all the people I don't want to waste my time with, all neatly categorized and available in an instant! Yes, a database is very useful indeed! I couldn't mylot without it.
