Yes... Zumba is the latest craze... i see people dancing to latin dance moves in Malls, school, offices... gyms no offer more Zumba classes rather than the regular aerobics class... well i don't blame them... Zumba is looks fun to do... i haven't tried it myself... because i don't have time... but when i finally do... i would surely join the band wagon... I love to dance... and even though i don't need to lose weight... Zumba is the best way to keep my body fit and strong... Have you tried this Zumba?... was it fun for you?... would you even consider being a Zumba instructor?...

This Zumba lesson was offered for free a month ago in our office. I have not tried this but it seems interesting. I found a Zumba Wii game and since I am planning to buy a Wii, I want to try it as well.

This was featured in one of the episodes of our local TV here in the Philippines. It is already very popular here. In fact, there is already the aqua Zumba, where dancing the Zumba is done in a swimming pool. I think this one is better , because you exert double effort since you have to move in the water.

Wow, not me, as I am not that coordinated. So I would never be able to take part in any choreographed movement thing. I would go left when everyone else went right. It is fun to watch others do it, though, and in the privacy of my home I often do freeform dance/stretch kinds of movement. Move it or lose it, they say.

Move it or lose it... kinda funny... my kids do that at home... always to the tune of Gangnam Style... we don't need to be coordinated to do that... as long as we have the moves... it is always fun... Thanks for the response...

I have actually heard about it and I would like to try it. I was actually telling my sister in law that we should try doing that when she goes back to the gym. I am not a dancer, but I would sure want to learn that dance.

Being a dancer is not a requirement... i see a lot of people doing Zumba but are not really that good... they just try to go with the flow... and try their best to follow the dance moves... Thanks for the response...

Hello there! I have a college batchmate who is now licenced Zumba instructor. Licensed Zumba Instructor are called ZIN. She is the only ZIN here in our province. I haven't tried it and I honestly don't know if I will try it because I am not into dancing. I have yet to see it first being done by the others. On the second thought, maybe I should try it. All of us need to exercise to lose weight, to be fit or for health reasons. Exercise is really good for the body. As of now, I don't have a regular exercise but I do hope to have. I would like badminton, brisk walking, biking and I would like to add Zumba now. :) Happy Lotting! I hope to see you more here

My batchmate is also a licensed Zumba instructor... and she looks great... very thin and lean... she also led the two dance intermission numbers during our reunion... we were all happy for her because when we were in high school... she was this shy girl... but now, her confidence is to be admired... Thanks for the response...

Haven't tried Zumba yet. I didn't see people here dancing Zumba too. Is this really the latest trend, after the Gangnam? Oh, I should wait for this to be featured in a TV show! :) Thank you for the information. :)

I've heard of Zumba and I also believe that it's been the hottest craze here in our country since it arrived. I'm not a fan of dancing but I am intrigued at how those Zumba dancers move and groove and it kinda gives me the urge to try it. I might not try it soon but with enough urging, I might in the near future. I know my wife would love to try it but she's busy and she doesn't have the time for it.

I had tried it once or twice at home however, the dvd that I used was not good. It could not be used anymore after 3 or 4 plays because it was a pirated one. So I had stopped it as I plan to buy an original copy of it. Yes it's really a nice form of exercise. It looks easy but it makes us sweat continuously. I love to do it soon.

Pirated DVD's are so unreliable... you can always try and search Zumba in youtube... that is what i did... and i viewed the most simple one... like Zumba 101... and it was great... i did it like 5 times... but my son started dominating the laptop and wanted to watch Gangnam style... Thanks for the response...

When I was in my field immersion, the municipality where I was assigned, have this dancing activity during early morning of Friday. So when I was there, I always join them and it is a very rewarding experience. But as of now, I can't find enough time to have it aside form the fact that I cannot find a group who is doing this thing. Have a nice day!

I don't see one in this city where I live. Maybe because I am just stocked in my room-school routine. Haha. I go to mall sometimes but I don't see one dancing Zumba. I hope it comes to my city too.:)
