Do you guys notice that the Princess disease is so normal today? In my city the single men are much more than the single women,so now girls are very precious and many among them tend to not to do the housework and let their boyfriends and husbands to do.And for my surprise I figure out that there are few girls can cook nowadays and there are more boys can cook and much better than girls.May be things change, people change.

princess disease!? is that what it's really called. makes sense anyway. There are a lot of cases like that here in our country. But not all women are like that. But! I thought of this question. If women are acting like princesses and let their man do everything, it sounds wrong and unfair. but if the man is the one in the position of being the couch potato or something like that and the woman is doing all the chores and takes care of everything it sounds normal to everyone!? sounds unfair to me. women are not born to be slaves for men. it's unfair.

Haha I think may be there is something misunderstanding, the princess disease means that the girl do not willing to do anything at all and so spoiled, and I think that the best situation is the man and woman are equal and both should take half of the chores, and at least, the woman need to know how to cook.

Hi skyandgrassplot! I think that things and people have changed over time. I have never heard of the "princess disease" before. There are a lot of women here that are actually bringing in the main income though and that has resulted in men taking different roles in the household. It is still a little controversial and there are traditional people that believe the men should be the workers but it is happening more and more.

It happens my friend, though it is not always the case. In my country, the responsibility or skills are equal in both gender. Though it not commonly seen women to be treated as princess. They were treated over empowered women.

Yes and I think that the best relationship is responsibility or skills are equal in both gender, but now I find out that many girls do not willing to cook, and usually cooking is the basic skill for the girl,do you think so?

It is common in the family, they do teach the girls to cook. But some, they don't insist.

Although I am a female,I didn't feel the precious status among the males. And I think it more difficult to find my Mr. Right, because there are more males than females in my city. You said that nowadays girls are much lazier than before and boys also do more housework.Do you think this phenomenon terrible?Actually,I don't think so.This I think show that the equality between sexes takes effect. In modern society, females also need to work hard to support the family as what males do.For females cooking the food is not a hard thing. This ,to some extent, show that male respects female more than before. Therefore, this change may be not a bad thing.Ok,this is just my personal opinion.Have a good day.

Yes I agree with you,the equality between different gender takes effect,so may be I am a little too traditional, because in my mind I always think that women should know how to cook.

Haha yes in that case you can enjoy the good meal everyday. But in my mind I think that the perfect picture is both the boy and girl can cook and they share the cooking work in a half.

haha, really.Actually,I cannot cook. Now I am thinking that to marry a cook in the future. If so,I don't need to cook and every day I also can enjoy my meals.Lol.Nowadays,to this point, many girls are loved by their boyfriends. And this is a good opportunity for boys to show themselves.
